Instructions
- Boil the macaroni in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.

- In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium-low and stir in the cream cheese until melted. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth.
- Add shredded cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and gooey. Season with salt and pepper or additional taco seasoning to taste.
- Mix the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro, jalapeños, or diced tomatoes.
