- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 mini taco shells (or wonton wrappers)
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Garnishes: sour cream, salsa, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, mixing well. Let simmer for a few minutes.
- Grease a muffin tin and gently press taco shells into each compartment to create cups.
- Spoon the seasoned meat into each taco shell, followed by diced bell peppers and onions.
- Top with a handful of cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing.
