  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 mini taco shells (or wonton wrappers)
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Garnishes: sour cream, salsa, fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water, mixing well. Let simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and gently press taco shells into each compartment to create cups.
  5. Spoon the seasoned meat into each taco shell, followed by diced bell peppers and onions.
  6. Top with a handful of cheese.
