  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (parsley, basil, oregano), chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set it to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the meatball mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, grated Parmesan, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Shape the meatballs: Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form the mixture into balls about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  4. Arrange and bake: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the meatballs on top, and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Sauté in sauce: Toss the baked meatballs in your favorite marinara or BBQ sauce if desired and simmer for a few minutes.
