  • ½ cup goat cheese (crumbled; optional)

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), spread nuts on a baking sheet, and toast for 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together orange juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
