Description

Delicious pockets of ground beef, garlic, mushrooms, and cheese wrapped in buttery dough, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can store-bought crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Chopped parsley and Italian seasoning, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic and diced mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cheese until melted and combined, then remove from heat.
  5. Roll out the crescent dough on a clean surface.
  6. Fill each triangle with a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture and fold over, sealing tightly.
  7. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and herbs.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
