Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 can store-bought crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Chopped parsley and Italian seasoning, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Sauté the minced garlic and diced mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the cheese until melted and combined, then remove from heat.
- Roll out the crescent dough on a clean surface.
- Fill each triangle with a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture and fold over, sealing tightly.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan and herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
