Ingredients
- Pizza Dough: Homemade or store-bought
- Garlic: Freshly minced
- Mushrooms: Button or cremini
- Parmesan Cheese: Freshly grated
- Olive Oil: Extra-virgin
- Fresh Herbs: Parsley or basil
- Salt and Pepper: To taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the filling by heating olive oil in a skillet, adding garlic, and sautéing until fragrant. Add mushrooms, season, and cook until golden.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into 3×3 inch squares and fill with the mushroom mixture.
- Seal the edges and brush with olive oil, sprinkling more Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Feel free to substitute mushrooms and cheese based on preference. These rolls can also be frozen before baking.
