Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough: Homemade or store-bought
  • Garlic: Freshly minced
  • Mushrooms: Button or cremini
  • Parmesan Cheese: Freshly grated
  • Olive Oil: Extra-virgin
  • Fresh Herbs: Parsley or basil
  • Salt and Pepper: To taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by heating olive oil in a skillet, adding garlic, and sautéing until fragrant. Add mushrooms, season, and cook until golden.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Cut the dough into 3×3 inch squares and fill with the mushroom mixture.
  5. Seal the edges and brush with olive oil, sprinkling more Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes
