Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Prepare the gingerbread syrup: In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, molasses, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Heat until the sugar dissolves, then simmer for 5-10 minutes. Let cool.
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour the vodka over the ice.
- Add the coffee liqueur.
- Spoon in the gingerbread syrup.
- Top with heavy cream and stir gently.
- Garnish as desired with cinnamon or crumbled gingerbread.
