Instructions

  1. Prepare the yeast: In a bowl, combine warm water and sugar, then sprinkle the yeast over top. Allow it to bloom for about 10 minutes, until frothy.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour and salt.
  3. Combine: Once the yeast mixture is ready, pour it into the flour mixture along with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir until well combined.
  4. Rise: Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm spot for about 30 to 45 minutes.
  5. Prepare the baking sheet: Generously grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Transfer the dough onto the sheet and spread it out gently with your fingers to fill the pan.
  6. Add toppings: Drizzle the top with more olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and add your herbs or toppings of choice.
