Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Dried herbs (thyme or oregano)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Boneless chicken breasts or thighs
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- If grilling, place marinated chicken on the grill for 6-8 minutes per side. If using a skillet, sear in the pan for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with sides of choice, such as grains or fresh salad.
Notes
Let the chicken marinate longer for deeper flavor. Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking.
