  • Fresh herbs (cilantro, green onions)
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by finely chopping the garlic and ginger. Rinse and slice your chosen vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sauté the garlic and ginger in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
