Ingredients
- High-Quality Chocolate (semisweet or milk)
- Cream (heavy or whipping)
- Flavoring (vanilla extract, fruit purees, or nut pastes)
- Molding Tools (Hello Kitty chocolate mold)
- Optional Add-ins (nuts or crispy rice)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate: Chop into small pieces and melt in a double boiler or microwave.
- Prepare the mold: Lightly grease Hello Kitty molds with cooking spray or melted chocolate.
- Fill the molds: Pour melted chocolate into molds and spread evenly.
- Make the filling: Combine cream and flavorings in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Layer the filling: Spoon filling into molds, leaving room for a chocolate layer.
- Seal with chocolate: Top with more melted chocolate and smooth the surface.
