Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients: sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

- Incorporate dry ingredients and milk alternately, starting and ending with dry ingredients.
- Pour the batter into prepared baking pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cakes before frosting with pink buttercream.
- Decorate with sprinkles and edible decorations.
