- 1 boneless turkey breast (skin-on)
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Spread the herb mixture evenly over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast for approximately 75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
Make sure the turkey breast is completely dry before applying the herb mixture for a better crust.
