Ingredients

  • 1 boneless turkey breast (skin-on)
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  4. Spread the herb mixture evenly over the turkey breast.
  5. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast for approximately 75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Make sure the turkey breast is completely dry before applying the herb mixture for a better crust.
