- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup nuts or chocolate chips (pecans, walnuts, or your choice)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and nuts or chocolate chips gently.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space in between.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden at the edges, then cool on the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
