- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
- 1 cup Jasmine or brown rice
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (dill or parsley)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the salmon by placing fillets on a lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle melted butter and honey over each piece, followed by minced garlic.
- Season liberally with salt and pepper, and add your chosen herbs.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Assemble bowls with rice and top with honey butter roasted salmon.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra herbs or veggies.
Notes
Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes after roasting for optimal juiciness.
