  • 2 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Jasmine or brown rice
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (dill or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the salmon by placing fillets on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle melted butter and honey over each piece, followed by minced garlic.
  4. Season liberally with salt and pepper, and add your chosen herbs.
