- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add chopped cranberries, jalapeños, and green onions. Stir until thoroughly mixed and adjust spice level if necessary.
- Squeeze in lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with crackers, baguette slices, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Roasting jalapeños can enhance their flavor.
