- 4 slices thick-cut bacon
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 brioche burger buns

Instructions
- Fry the bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
- Form the ground beef into equal portions, gently rolling into balls.
- Heat a cast iron skillet on high and sear the beef balls for 10-15 seconds before flattening them.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping.
- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the buns in the leftover bacon grease until golden brown.
