- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 packet gravy mix

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Sauté the onions and mushrooms in butter or olive oil until softened.
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt, pepper, and herbs in the crockpot.
- Combine the cream of mushroom soup or gravy mix with chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken thighs, coating them well.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
- Serve by shredding the chicken in the gravy and enjoy over mashed potatoes or rice.
