Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs Chicken (breast or thighs)
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 3 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1 tsp Dried rosemary
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Place the chicken in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Pour in the chicken broth, followed by the garlic and onions.
- Add the cream of chicken soup and stir gently to coat the chicken.
- Sprinkle the herbs and seasonings over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and mix well.
- If the gravy is thin, thicken with cornstarch mixed with water.
- Serve warm over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
Notes
For added flavor, consider browning the chicken before placing it in the crockpot. Serve with love!
