  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix warm water and yeast, letting it sit for about 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the flour and salt together, creating a well in the center.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil into the well. Stir gently until the mixture starts to form a dough.
  4. Fold in the minced garlic and chopped rosemary, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
  5. On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place your dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 60 minutes or until it doubles in size.
  7. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  8. After the dough has risen, punch it down, divide it into portions, and shape them into balls. Place each ball into the muffin tin.
  9. Cover the muffins and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove the muffins and let them cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
