Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Chop the mushrooms, garlic, and any herbs you’d like to include. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and optional Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Form the patties: Divide the ground beef into portions and shape them into patties that are slightly larger than your intended burger buns.
  3. Assemble the packets: Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil for each packet. Place a patty in the center, top it with sautéed mushrooms, a sprinkle of garlic, fresh herbs, and a generous slice of Swiss cheese.
