Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Dark Chocolate (85% cocoa or higher)
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Toppings (cocoa powder, crushed nuts, or shredded coconut)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, stirring frequently.
  2. Combine the heavy cream and sweetener in a separate bowl and whisk until well combined.
  3. Mix the cream mixture into the melted chocolate, stirring until smooth.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and any other desired flavorings.
  5. Chill the mixture at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Form small balls with the chilled mixture, about 1 inch in diameter.
  7. Coat the truffles in your desired toppings.
  8. Chill the coated truffles until firm.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
