- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- Combine cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and beat until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
- Lift the cheesecake out using parchment paper, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
Watch for the cheesecake’s top to brown; if it browns too quickly, lower the oven temperature slightly. Let cool gradually in the pan to avoid cracks.
