Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl: almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream together the butter and natural sweetener until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the dry ingredients gradually.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
- Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
