  • 8 strips Thick-Cut Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare your mozzarella sticks by laying them out on a clean surface.
  3. Wrap each mozzarella stick with a strip of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
  4. Prepare the coating by whisking an egg in a shallow bowl and mixing the almond flour with Nashville hot seasoning in another bowl.
  5. Coat each bacon-wrapped mozzarella stick in the egg mixture, then in the almond flour mix for an even layer.
  6. Arrange the coated sticks on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and golden.
  7. Cool for a minute before serving to avoid cheese spillage.

For extra crispiness, consider air frying at 375°F for about 12-15 minutes.
