Description

A tender and flavorful pork dish with a sweet and savory glaze, perfect for family gatherings and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 cloves Fresh Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Fresh Herbs (Rosemary or Thyme)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare your tenderloin: Pat it dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the tenderloin and sear it on all sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes for each side.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, around 30 seconds.
  6. Stir in brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce, coating the tenderloin in the glaze.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes.
  8. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  9. Slice and serve on a platter, drizzling remaining glaze over the top.

Notes

Allow the pork to rest before slicing to keep it juicy. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
