- 4 cloves Fresh Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Fresh Herbs (Rosemary or Thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your tenderloin: Pat it dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the tenderloin and sear it on all sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes for each side.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, around 30 seconds.
- Stir in brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce, coating the tenderloin in the glaze.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve on a platter, drizzling remaining glaze over the top.
