- 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
- 1 Egg, for egg wash

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry to about ¼ inch thick on a floured surface.
- Cut circles from the pastry using a biscuit cutter or glass (about 3 inches in diameter).
- Prepare a muffin tin by lightly greasing it, then press each pastry circle into a cup.
- Add pieces of Brie at the bottom of each pastry cup.
- Top with a generous dollop of cranberry sauce.
- Brush the edges with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
