Ingredients

  • 8 oz Brie Cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 Egg, for egg wash
  • Fresh Herbs (optional), such as rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry to about ¼ inch thick on a floured surface.
  3. Cut circles from the pastry using a biscuit cutter or glass (about 3 inches in diameter).
  4. Prepare a muffin tin by lightly greasing it, then press each pastry circle into a cup.
  5. Add pieces of Brie at the bottom of each pastry cup.
  6. Top with a generous dollop of cranberry sauce.
  7. Brush the edges with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed.
  9. Cool slightly before serving warm.
