Ingredients
- Puff Pastry
- Brie Cheese
- Cranberry Sauce
- Fresh Herbs (rosemary or thyme)
- Egg Wash (1 egg and a splash of water)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out on a lightly floured surface, cutting into squares or circles.
- Add a small piece of Brie in the center of each pastry square.
- Spoon in the cranberry sauce and sprinkle fresh herbs on top of the Brie.
- Seal the pastry by folding it over, pressing the edges, and crimping with a fork.
- Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian twist, consider using goat cheese instead of Brie. Allow the Brie to warm slightly before adding to ensure even melting.
