Description

Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry
  • Brie Cheese
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Fresh Herbs (rosemary or thyme)
  • Egg Wash (1 egg and a splash of water)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the puff pastry by rolling it out on a lightly floured surface, cutting into squares or circles.
  3. Add a small piece of Brie in the center of each pastry square.
  4. Spoon in the cranberry sauce and sprinkle fresh herbs on top of the Brie.
  5. Seal the pastry by folding it over, pressing the edges, and crimping with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
