- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you prepare your cake mixture. Grease and flour a mini cake pan.
- Mix together flour, sugar, and butter until creamy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, then combine.
- Fold in chopped strawberries gently to keep the batter light.
- Spoon the batter into the mini cake pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool the cakes for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form for frosting.
