  • ¼ cup miso paste
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine miso paste, softened butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl and blend until creamy.
  3. Split the rock lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  4. Brush the miso-butter mixture generously on the lobster flesh.
  5. Grill the lobster tails shell-side down for 6-8 minutes, flipping for the last couple of minutes.
  6. Remove from grill and brush on an additional layer of miso-butter before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Let the lobster marinate in the miso-butter mixture for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
