- 4 rock lobster tails
- ¼ cup miso paste
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- Juice from ½ lemon
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine miso paste, softened butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl and blend until creamy.
- Split the rock lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the miso-butter mixture generously on the lobster flesh.
- Grill the lobster tails shell-side down for 6-8 minutes, flipping for the last couple of minutes.
- Remove from grill and brush on an additional layer of miso-butter before serving.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
Let the lobster marinate in the miso-butter mixture for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavor.
