Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a mini muffin tray to create the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently to maintain its airy texture.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling onto the crusts in the muffin tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least three hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with festive toppings such as chocolate drizzle or crushed candy canes.
