- 4 ripe peaches, chopped
- 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 2–4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and peel the peaches, then chop them into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks and secure the lids if needed.
- Freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
- To remove the bars, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds and carefully pull them out.
Notes
Adjust sweetness based on the ripeness of the peaches. You can add other fruits or nuts for variation.
