Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make summer treat featuring creamy yogurt and sweet peaches, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, chopped
  • 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 24 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the peaches, then chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and secure the lids if needed.
  5. Freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  6. To remove the bars, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds and carefully pull them out.

Notes

Adjust sweetness based on the ripeness of the peaches. You can add other fruits or nuts for variation.
