- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar for crust
- Optional: chopped hazelnuts or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch square baking dish.
- Mix together crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and ¼ cup of sugar for the crust, then press it into the baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add in the sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the Nutella until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before slicing.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and alternative sweeteners. Surplus bars freeze well for future indulgence.
