Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Oreos (any flavor)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz semisweet or milk chocolate, for coating
- Optional toppings: crushed nuts, sprinkles, or coconut flakes
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-lock bag with a rolling pin.
- Combine the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until a dough-like mixture forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and lift them out using a fork to allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Sprinkle desired toppings on the wet chocolate.
- Chill the Oreo Balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Enjoy your delicious homemade treats, stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
Allow cream cheese to reach room temperature for better mixing. Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
