- 4 large eggs

- 2 cups marshmallow fluff
- ½ cup softened butter
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by milk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Beat marshmallow fluff with softened butter until fluffy, adding vanilla extract.
- Pipe marshmallow frosting onto cooled cupcakes.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate with heavy cream in a double boiler until smooth. Dip frosted cupcakes upside down into ganache.
- Top with crushed Oreos and allow ganache to set before serving.
