Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the bacon by cutting strips in half and laying them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Combine brown sugar, grated Parmesan, and spices in a mixing bowl.
  4. Coat the bacon strips with the sugar mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly covered.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and caramelized.
  6. Cool bacon on the baking sheet for a few minutes before placing atop the crackers.
  7. Top each cracker with a piece of bacon and optionally sprinkle with extra Parmesan.
