Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, or basil)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and sauté until golden (about 2 minutes), then mix in lemon juice and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, combine Parmesan, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  5. Dip each chicken thigh into the garlic sauce, then roll in the Parmesan mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in the skillet, sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 3–4 minutes until golden.
  7. Transfer the thighs to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving, drizzled with remaining garlic sauce and sprinkled with fresh herbs.

Notes

For best results, allow the chicken to rest after baking; this keeps it juicy.
