Ingredients
Scale
- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs (thyme, parsley, or basil)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat, add garlic and sauté until golden (about 2 minutes), then mix in lemon juice and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine Parmesan, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Dip each chicken thigh into the garlic sauce, then roll in the Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in the skillet, sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 3–4 minutes until golden.
- Transfer the thighs to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving, drizzled with remaining garlic sauce and sprinkled with fresh herbs.
Notes
For best results, allow the chicken to rest after baking; this keeps it juicy.
