  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Sage, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing it from its packaging and patting it dry.
  3. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Create a herb-infused butter by mixing softened butter with minced garlic and chopped herbs.
  5. Baste the turkey by lifting the skin and spreading the buttery mixture onto the meat.
  6. Roast the turkey in a roasting pan, loosely covered with foil, for 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Baste every 30 minutes with pan juices.
  8. Rest the turkey for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing.
