  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Sage, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Pat your turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil or melted butter over the meat and rub it in.
  4. Season generously with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and fresh herbs.
  5. Place it breast-side up on a roasting pan.
  6. Squeeze a lemon over the turkey.
  7. Roast for approximately 90 to 120 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.

Notes

Baste the turkey every 30 minutes with pan juices to keep it moist.
