- 1 Butterball Turkey Breast
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Butter
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Sage, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Pat your turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle the olive oil or melted butter over the meat and rub it in.
- Season generously with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and fresh herbs.
- Place it breast-side up on a roasting pan.
- Squeeze a lemon over the turkey.
- Roast for approximately 90 to 120 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
Notes
Baste the turkey every 30 minutes with pan juices to keep it moist.
