- 1 cup toffee bits
- ½ cup salted caramel sauce
- Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, blending just until combined.
- Fold in the toffee bits, evenly distributing them throughout the dough.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Drizzle a bit of salted caramel sauce over each cookie.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown and center remains soft.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over warm cookies before transferring to wire racks to cool.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute coconut oil for butter. You can also use chocolate chips instead of toffee bits if needed.
