  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, blending just until combined.
  6. Fold in the toffee bits, evenly distributing them throughout the dough.
  7. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  8. Drizzle a bit of salted caramel sauce over each cookie.
  9. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown and center remains soft.
  10. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over warm cookies before transferring to wire racks to cool.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute coconut oil for butter. You can also use chocolate chips instead of toffee bits if needed.
