- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Whipped Topping
- 12 fresh Strawberries
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar. Press firmly into mini muffin tins.
- Bake for about 5-7 minutes or until just golden.
- Make the cheesecake filling: Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
- Fill each crust: Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling atop each crust, filling them to the brim.
- Top with strawberries: Slice fresh strawberries and place one on top of each cheesecake bite.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the filling is set.
- Serve with flair: Drizzle with chocolate or sprinkle with candy canes before serving.
