  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, sautéed onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Add fresh herbs and mix gently.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and slightly crispy.
  5. In a saucepan, mix cranberry sauce, a splash of balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt over medium heat until heated and slightly thickened.
  6. Once meatballs are baked, drizzle with the cranberry glaze and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
