  • 1 egg, for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cranberry Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, combine the fresh cranberries, minced garlic, toasted pecans, and herbs. Stir in honey or maple syrup. Sauté until the cranberries begin to burst (about 5-7 minutes). Allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Roll Out the Puff Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out your puff pastry sheets and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
  3. Assemble the Roll Ups: Place a spoonful of the cranberry mixture in the center of each pastry square, top with a slice of cream cheese, fold the corners to the center, seal, and brush with egg wash.
