- 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel tomatoes, drained

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and spices in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
