Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the strawberries by rinsing and slicing them. Mash half if you desire a stronger flavor.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the wet ingredients: melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries gently.
- Prepare the crunchy topping by combining graham cracker crumbs, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
- Assemble the cake by pouring the batter into the baking dish and topping with the crunchy mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
