Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the strawberries by rinsing and slicing them. Mash half if you desire a stronger flavor.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the wet ingredients: melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the sliced strawberries gently.
  6. Prepare the crunchy topping by combining graham cracker crumbs, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
