Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package strawberry gelatin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the crushed pretzels with melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  5. Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Prepare the gelatin according to package instructions and let it cool.
  8. Layer the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer.
  9. Pour the cooled gelatin over the strawberries.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
