- 1 package Crescent Roll Dough
- 2 cups Cooked Turkey, diced
- 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1–2 tsp Herbs (Thyme, Rosemary, or Sage)
- 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine diced turkey, cranberry sauce, softened cream cheese, cheddar, and herbs in a mixing bowl.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and separate it into triangles.
- Arrange the triangles in a ring shape with wide ends facing out and overlapping slightly.
- Spoon the turkey mixture onto the dough, avoiding the tips of the triangles.
- Fold the tips of the dough over the filling and tuck them under to shape the ring.
- Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden color.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
- Serve warm, ideally with a light salad or roasted vegetables.
