Description

A delicious and warm Turkey Cranberry Crescent Ring that brings together savory turkey, tart cranberry, and buttery crescent dough, perfect for gatherings or cozy family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Crescent Roll Dough
  • 2 cups Cooked Turkey, diced
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 12 tsp Herbs (Thyme, Rosemary, or Sage)
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine diced turkey, cranberry sauce, softened cream cheese, cheddar, and herbs in a mixing bowl.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and separate it into triangles.
  4. Arrange the triangles in a ring shape with wide ends facing out and overlapping slightly.
  5. Spoon the turkey mixture onto the dough, avoiding the tips of the triangles.
  6. Fold the tips of the dough over the filling and tuck them under to shape the ring.
  7. Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden color.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  9. Serve warm, ideally with a light salad or roasted vegetables.

Notes

Make sure to let cream cheese soften for easy mixing and avoid overstuffing the ring to prevent leakage during baking.
