Description

Celebrate love with colorful and delicious fruit kabobs, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapples, cubed
  • 1 cup kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • Bamboo or metal skewers
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate, melted
  • Shredded coconut, for topping
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, a dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing your berries and slicing your bananas, kiwis, and pineapples into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Take a skewer and alternately thread on your chosen fruits, starting with a strawberry, followed by a slice of banana, then a piece of pineapple, and finishing with kiwi.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted.
  4. Once your kabobs are assembled, lay them on a parchment-lined platter and drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of coconut or nuts for added texture.
  6. Let the kabobs chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the chocolate to set.

Notes

Fruits can be swapped for seasonal options. Try grilling the kabobs for a fun twist!
