  3. Make the Vanilla Cream: In a separate bowl, whip together the vanilla extract and the remaining heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Assemble: In dessert cups or jars, spoon a layer of the creamy filling first, followed by a generous topping of caramel. Reserve some caramel for drizzling when serving.
  5. Chill and Serve: Allow your creations to chill in the fridge for at least an hour, then drizzle with more caramel and a sprinkle of sea salt for that perfect finish.
