Ingredients

- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Combine ricotta, sautéed garlic, heavy cream, and herbs in a food processor.
- Pulse until smooth and fluffy; add more cream for thinner consistency if desired.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more herbs or olive oil if needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Notes
Use room temperature ricotta for best blending results. Avoid adding hot garlic directly to the dip for optimal texture.
