Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Pulse until smooth and fluffy; add more cream for thinner consistency if desired.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with more herbs or olive oil if needed.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl; drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

Notes

Use room temperature ricotta for best blending results. Avoid adding hot garlic directly to the dip for optimal texture.
